Inner Circle Access of Stonehenge including Bath and Lacock Day Tour from London
This is the way to see Stonehenge. The experience of being up close and inside it is really special. Just looking from the outside would have not have been same. Our Tour Guide was very nice, knowledgeable and organized. Transportation was easy and clean. The other features Bath and Lacock were very neat as well, but the star is going inside Stonehenge.

The Windsor/Stonehenge/Oxford Tour was just the way we preferred it to be - comfortable and not rushed. The tour-guide was friendly too.

Small-Group Day Trip to Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor from London
The guide took very good care of us, had much information to share. Stonehenge was awesome, Bath, very interesting for its past as well as its role in English 19th century society. Windsor Caste was amazing as it was getting ready for the coronation. The small van bus ride was very comfortable, the ride through the country side very green and wet , but fun. A good way to go back in history and spend a day outside of London.

Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford Day Trip from London
Windsor castle was grander than imagined, history at every turn. Stonehenge was awe inspiring, larger than could appreciate from a photograph. Oxford has more to offer and see to get in a short visit, but a great introduction.

Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford Day Trip from London
Fantastic trip! All three sites are amazingly beautiful. At Windsor, you will see the changing of the guard with the band and it's a spectacular experience. Stonehenge is an amazing experience on its own. The experimental archaeology that shows how their dwellings were constructed are fantastic and gets your imagination going. Oxford's stone architecture and academic history is a site to see. Our tour guide Saul was very informative and funny. I highly recommend it.

Private Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath from London
Lee our guide was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We went to Windsor first and loved all the apartments. We took the audio tour and could have probably spent more time there than we did. Next went on to Stonehenge. It was very windy and rainy so travel time took forever. We got a great view of Stonehenge and learned a ton. Undoubtedly we didn’t make it to Bath because of traffic and timing. We will have to return and do it again. It may have been too ambitious to do in one day

Inner Circle Access of Stonehenge including Bath and Lacock Day Tour from London
Our tour guide (Peter) was great. He had a lot of information to share about all the stops. There was an accident on the motorway on the way to Stonehenge & he was on it making sure we had time there. The driver did a great job rerouting. Being able to go inside the stone circle was really extraordinary. So worth it.

Stonehenge and Bath Guided Day Tour from London
Carol, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable. She sets the rule clearly and emphasizes the gathering time clearly. Our 19 people group did return to the bus on time and none was left behind. Traffic that day was perfect and the time allocated to each attraction is very reasonable. We had time for a good lunch and had time for seeing Stonehenge, Roman Baths and in walking around Bath. Viator and Expedia met my expectation perfectly.

Good trip, logistics could be better

Windsor Castle and Stonehenge Extended Visit with Admission
The trip was good and the guide and driver were great. It would have been nice to have a little more time at Stonehenge. Also, better directions to find the coach would have made the beginning of the trip less stressful.

When to get there

Stonehenge is open year-round, but the most atmospheric time to visit is during the massive summer or winter solstice celebrations when entrance is free. Although visits are timed, the attraction can get crowded in summer, so arrive early or opt for a sunrise or sunset tour to experience the landmark when it's least crowded—and most photogenic.
